ACSA’s Member Assistance and Legal Support Team consists of seven Advocates who work with approximately 800 administrators every year, including a relatively large number of Site and District Level Administrators. While every Administrator has his/her own style of leadership, the Advocates have found that many highly successful Administrators practice relatively common strategies and demonstrate similar personal characteristics in becoming highly effective educational leaders. Four of the Advocates, through straight talk and anecdotes, will share their experiences in working with new and experienced Administrators in this workshop.
