Trauma, Anxiety, defiance, and attendance have always been concerns that schools have had to deal with as part of their day-to-day functioning. Still, since COVID, the circumstances have only exacerbated. The physical and emotional resources used before are no longer enough, and the expectations from students and families sometimes become overbearing. These systems look to you for answers, sympathy, resources, or even target boards of displaced anger. How can you provide support when you may feel unsupported and suffering from your trauma? Should the responsibility be on you to "rediscover your passion?"
