It is imperative for new and aspiring principals to start their site leadership on a solid footing and with an equity lens. Politics, staff relationships, data awareness and community outreach are foundational to any new or aspiring principal. New and aspiring principals also need to establish and develop networks to ensure they are supported and avoid isolation. This presentation will walk new and aspiring principals through their first 100 days as a site leader.
