Getting to the heart of the issue right now probably feels a bit like one of Indiana Jones’ perilous adventures! “...Snakes! Why did it have to be snakes?” And when leaders are scared off, they’re accused of not listening.

In this session we’ll discuss an alternative to adversarial, inequitable, inefficient and ultimately ineffective constituent engagement. We’ll rediscover some common sense about listening and share how leaders can leverage technology to scale conversations to find common ground and build alignment with their school community. Most importantly, we’ll discuss how to turn what you’re hearing into outcomes that constituents own…without all the drama.
